RULES AND REGULATIONS (Hall Capacity 350)
DAY RENTAL: Hall is to be VACATED by 8:00PM.
NIGHT RENTAL: Hall is to be VACATED by 1:00AM.
Hall is to be left in “ACCEPTABLE CONDITION” to qualify for a full “DEPOSIT REFUND”.
Hall will be periodically policed by “OSCEOLA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT”.
Please “DO NOT ATTACH ANYTHING TO THE CEILING OR WINDOWS”.
Please “DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING FROM THE WALLS”.
Please “WASH” all tables and “LEAVE THEM UP” for inventory.
Please “PLACE ALL CHAIRS” on the racks correctly.
Please place “ALL GARBAGE” in trash bags and put them in the Dumpster. The key to the Dumpster is with your rental key.
Please “LOCK” all windows and doors.
Please “TURNOFF” the stove.
Please “TURNOFF’ all lights.
Please “LEAVE RENTAL KEYS” on top of the refrigerator by the door.
**NOTICE: NO FIREARMS ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
**THE LINCOLN TOWNSHIP HALL IS MONITERED BY BROOKS SECURTIY.
**PLEASE DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE PROJECTION SCREEN. LOCATED ON THE STAGE.
** Will there be any “ALCOHOL” served: ________________, if “yes”, you will be responsible to provide a copy of your “LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE” to cover any liabilities, accidents, and/or injuries that may be obtained. This copy is required with the return of your signed contract.
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD PRIOR TO THE RENTAL DATE.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be received 30 days prior to “Rental Date” for a full refund.
